Great for the price!
I bought a couple packs for my daughter's Tangled themed birthday party. I took off the paper balloon wrapper and created a Pascal face out of foam craft paper also purchased at Dollar Tree and attached some googly eyes also a Dollar Tree purchase. For $1 I could not be happier with how everything turned out.
