excellent value
The sewing kits arrived quickly and only one or two had split seams in the bags. They have a good variety of things in them and way more needles than any other similar sewing kits that I have seen.

perfect for crafts
The number of items received for the price is excellent. Although the scissors are a bit weak and bend, this package is perfect for quick, easy projects and crafts. Plus, they take up little to no room.

very useful!
I had everything except the measuring tape. Oh well. This is very handy if you have a tear in something, or you need to safety pin the front of a shirt.

"Who says a dollar doesn't buy much anymore?"
I had to teach a mending class and wished to gather items for those attending and became aware of this sewing kit, read the reviews, ordered many and was thoroughly satisfied! Great for those unexpected times of losing a button, part of a hem, a tear or whatever, when there is no option but to take care of the problem right away. Light enough to carry in a purse and handy for the car or the suitcase.

Handy Item
I always purchase this when I am making a back to college goody bag. I also gave one to my neighbor's daughter to put in her bag on her wedding day. (You never know if a strap is going to break or a button is going to fall off!
My mother loves the needle case because it is convenient for her. She does embroidery. I have a few sets also. I used to keep one in my desk at work, and have one at the house. Good for travel, dorms, work, anywhere.

Very useful
I bought one for myself and one for my boyfriend. You never know when you might have to sew something up and this travel kit comes with all the basics. Not bad at all for only $1.

Not too shabby
They pack a lot of stuff into these little bags and whats inside is pretty much all you need to patch something up. Good buy!

Must have!!
These kits contain everything you could possibly need to make quick repairs that require stitching. I made sure that both my sons had one for college, a new one when they moved into their own homes, yet another for each of their wives, one for camping and one for the car. This is a "Must Have" for everyone.

Awesome Sewing Kits

Very useful little kit
I got one as a gift before going off to school...it's compact, so it doesn't take up too much space, but it has enough in it to still be extremely useful at school! I'd recommend it as a gift or for yourself.

Awesome Little Kit!
I carry one of these everywhere I go! I have one in my purse, desk at work, and at home for whenever something tragic happens to my/my family/my coworkers articles of clothing. This is the ULTIMATE little sewing kit! I recommend everyone having one somewhere handy!

Travel Sewing Kits
We love them! For several years now we have been giving them to Homeless and Transitioning Veterans and they love them even more. But it is so hard getting them anymore. Used to be I could go into the store, pick up as many as I needed and go. Now I had to order directly from the head office. Just so glad that I can still get them to pass on.

I am also havingt trouble getting them from my local stores.
I just did some traveling on the East coast, and was able to find them in a DT in my travels. (I bought them out of the 30 I saw on display!)

Best Sewing Kit Ever
This kit works great! Although I can admit I don't use anything but the thread very often (I use the thread for making toothpick dolls) but I have used the other items some, and they didn't break and the thread is very sturdy your stitches never come out. Also the scissors are of good quality, as I use them in the car when I'm on trips and the like. It also passed airport security, so I was able to finish making my toothpick dolls clothing! Great product!!!
