great eyeliner
I was looking for something super cheap to replace my MAC eye liner.....I use a lot of liner and go thru them often......I found this and was amazed at how well it stays on all day and doesnt smudge!

Amazing!
I got the black color and it's one of the best eyeliners I've ever used! And the price is awesome- two pencils and a sharpener for just a buck! It goes on very smooth and lasts all day. Haven't had much fading and it looks great over eyeshadow. Love this eyeliner! HIGHLY recommend!

Great purchase
This double eyeliner is so amazing for only a dollar! It so soft and pigmented and comes with a sharpener great deal.

Love This Eyeliner
I have an unusual shade of brown eyes. L.A. Colors Expression Eye Liners in the Black/Brown shade really make my eyes just pop out! I have had so many people comment on my eyeliner. I should be a spokesperson for L.A. Colors! And the best reason yet? I only have to spend $1.00 on a package of 2 liners!

Great value for the price
I have bought eyeliner pencils from here before and they are an amazing value for the price. Also they are as good as any other pencil I have tried that are more expensive.

Quit spending money on expensive liners! I did!
For roughly 15 years I have been a true fan of liquid eye liner and rarely used pencil eyeliner. The only thing I hated about liquid liner was that it cost so much money and I went through it every month and a half.
After explaining to my sister that I hated using pencil liner because it smudges, she told me about the liner from Dollar Tree and how hers didn't smudge or create a dark crease above the eye lid. So I bought one and gave it a try!
Needless to say, I was VERY suprised! I tried it the first day and LOVED it. It lasted ALL day and hardly smudged at all! i loved that it came with two pencils AND a sharpener! On my next stop to Dollar Tree I will be stocking up on these liners!
I'm done spending a fortune on liquid eye liner!

It's Okay
This eyeliner is okay. It does smudge easily and comes with a sharpener. It is small, but then again it is only 50 cents per liner. It is a lovely eyeliner for a cheap price and I love buying this. If you want a cheap eyeliner pencil for your daughter of yourself that is a good value, then I do recommend this eyeliner pencil. The color black of very dark, so I don't think it would be good for your eyebrows.

AMAZING!
This product is easy to put on, and I cannot belive that the package comes with TWO eyeliners AND a sharpener! The sharpener works great and the eyeliners are long-lasting. They do not sink into the creases of your eye, either. These are very black, though, so I would not recommend using on your eyebrows unless you have black hair. Attached is a photo of me wearing this eyeliner. Do you think I have weird eyes or are they cool?

Great Eyeliner for the price
i have the brownish/black shade and i think its a really good eyeliner! the color isn't as pretty as another one i have, but still looks really good blended or just as a straight line. i love the sharpener it comes with. it creates a really fine point if you put the pencil in the freezer for a couple of minutes and than sharpen. Like any other pencil, make sure you "warm it up" on your hand before any use. Sometimes it will smudge, so i just line the top lashes. Overall its a great product worth buying and even better because it comes with two liners!
