Good find!!
Do you know how hard it is to find a liquid eyeliner with an actual brush? This has an awesome little brush. Goes on smooth, stays on all day. It doesn't crack if you don't load the brush with liner. It's pigmented enough that you shouldn't have to. Gets a little clumpy and the brush starts to fray after about a month, which means my total eyeliner purchase is $12 a year. Not bad for the best eyeliner I've ever used.

Great for starters
I happen to be on the road of being a makeup guru! When I bought this item, I was surprised! It goes on smooth and has a thin brush witch is good for fine lines. But.. When it dries it clumps off and falls on your face! Which is a no no to me. And when it gets to be after nine months it gets dry inside the bottle!

Best Purchase Ever
This is the first time I have ever used Liquid eyeliner I am not that used to it yet but it is very nice and smooth I just cant do A straight line LOL but it Glides on fairly easy And I will learn to get better because I really Like the Wingned Look So I will learn to do that. I would recommend this any day Good Bargin Dollar tree.

Pleasantly surprised!
I bought this product because I really like the winged eyeliner look and I wanted something cheap to practice with. Let's face it, newbie or out of practice liquid eyeliner results can be tragic. It's been years since I've messed with this stuff, and let me tell you, this product is far better than the ones that I payed a lot more for as a teenager. I got perfect results the first time, just keep in mind it took two coats. It lasted pretty well throughout the day and wiped off fairly easily with a warm washcloth. Needless to say, forget about graduating to a more expensive product once this is gone. It wont be necessary!

I couldn't live without this product
I first purchased this product after I caught pink eye and I needed an inexpensive eyeliner that I could use just once and discard. I was so impressed with this product that I ditched my other product and I exclusively use L.A. Colors.
It's a great value.
What other reviewers have said is true. It does have a tendency to flake and several applications may be needed to get the right thickness. Aside from a close encounter between my eyelid and a friend during a makeover no one has suspected that my eyeliner is from the dollar tree.

The best choice I ever made!!
I had never tried liquid eyeliner before and thought, hey why not try dollar tree's liquid eyeliner? They have low prices for decent quality items. It took me a while to learn how to put it on, but once I got it down, man was I impressed! I have never seen eyeliner go on so smoothly. You can put it on more thin than a regular eye pencil eyeliner! It is just such a clean line and I can choose if I want to put intricate details like on the corners of my eye to add more pop to my eyes and lashes. I absolutly LOVE this product!!

I hate the brush to thise
but the liner itself is ok. I used the black and I thought it had a really matte look to it, but for a dollar it's ok eyeliner. Also I usually need hypoallergenic makeup but this hasnt made me breakout or my face blow up, though it is itchy sometimes.

Great Product!
When I first purchased the eyeliner it was for trial purposes only. I wanted to see if I could hold a steady hand when applying a liquid liner. I successfully applied the liner and the ultra fine brush made it an effortless. The liner is long lasting, removes easily, looks natural and holds up well when you sweat. What a great product!

Not A Good Purchase
This product was not good. When you put it on it comes right off. Does not stay on and something should be done to fix it. I would recommend not to purchase this product.

I recommend them because I go out of my way to buy them only at Dollar Tree, the people are friendly and the products are always in stock, the store in Acworth, well only two words, VERY CLEAN!!! Including the bathrooms

To start with is good
If you don't know how to apply liquid eyeliner, this is good to start with until you get better at your technique and then go off to buy a better brand with a better quality.

Not a big fan, but not bad
The tip tends to get frayed easily and it takes awhile to dry, but this was my first eyeliner ever and it treated me well. Definitely apply powder foundation/eye shadow to your lids before putting this on, though, because it will crack almost completely off by the end of the day.

Okay
I just recently got the liquid eyeliner and it's okay. It cracks n dosent stay on that long. I had to apply up to 2-3 coats. It comes off eaily and dosen't smudge when dry. For a dollar its okay. Personally I would buy the e.l.f liquid eyeliner, also a dollar, at target or at some dollar trees.

It's ... okay.
Eh this stuff is okay. $1.00 is what you get. I was expecting better quality since they're eyeshadows are amazing:)
It's not water proof, smudges, and doesn't last too long. It gets clumpy and in my opinion, it's harder to apply than other liquid eyeliner.

I ran out of my original eyeliner and figured I would try this one. The tip is very small, but the other eyeliner I had, was a much bigger tip. U do have to apply a few times and it does smudge. But for a $1, u cant beat it.

Great for the price!
I bought the black liquid eyeliner when my other eyeliner ran out. I couldn't beleive how similar the two are! Plus I paid a lot more for the brand name stuff. You do need 2 layers, but other than that, this stuff is great! I definately will be buying more. I think I may try all the shades my store carries. I also bought some extra ones and put them into gift bags at my friend's birthday party and all the girls went crazy. They all wanted to know where I got it from. This is a great value!

BEST LIQUID LINER EVER
I have spent tons of money and time on other liquid eyeliner, only to find that this one works best, and for only $1!!! People are amazed when I tell them where I get it from.
