Meh ... Average
This tea if made just right is perfect, but the instructions on the box are just generic "one-type-fits-all" ... which doesn't work for this. It says to use 1 bag per cup of tea, but it really means 1 bag per 8oz of tea. If your mug is smaller the tea will be stronger in flavor, while a bigger mug will get almost no flavor. Boiling water (212 degrees) will actual burn the tea and cause bitterness, and letting it "sit for a minute" doesn't help.
Here is how I brew it to make it average to acceptable. Bring water to 175-185 degrees, hot enough to steep but cool enough to drink after a couple minutes. I add 1 bag per 8oz of water, which I figured out 1 of my 10 cups were. Steep for 3 minutes! Steeping longer DOES NOT make it stronger ... it makes it bitter. For a stronger cup, add another tea bag!
Hopefully the company will learn to make tea some time. Other than that, this is an average tea. Good for a dollar, but don't expect anything special.
