Etched Glass Vases
I purchased the vases on line. This proved to be very, very difficult because Dollar Tree was having technology issues. I needed the vases for a teacher appreciation gift and stuck with this rather lengthy and arduous process. Other reviewers shared their disappointment in the colors of vases they received. I share their disappointment. Also, 10 vases arrived broken. My advice, over order and do not be fussy regarding the colors of the vases. I would say 70 percent were clear.

Needs more colors
I ordered these online when I got home with them after picking them up from the store, there were only 4 colored ones in the 24 that I purchased. I do like the vases, the glass is a little thin but so far haven't broken any (even after some of them fell over in the wind) Although I'll probably just go to the store to buy them so I can get a better variety of colors

If your not picky.
I like the vases I got but I recieved 20 clear ones and only 4 colored ones... lucky for me the four colored ones I got are the colors of my wedding so it works for me. and the only similarity in the vases i ordered with the vases I got are they are the same shape yet look nothing like the picture.

Saved us!
We were looking for some glass vases with very little time for an event coming up. Dollar Tree had the vases in store in time and their customer service was excellent! After reading the reviews about these particular vases breaking easily, I was careful to fill them with glass pebbles which I also purchases from Dollar Tree, and was very satisfied with the results! They added a lot to our event.

This was the easiest and most perfect purchase. I could not find these bud vases as affordable as I needed within my budget anywhere in Atlanta. Found them on Dollar Tree website, ordered, and picked them up at store near me 3 days later. Found a few broken but not enough to even report.

Horrible!
We were quite disappointed with this purchase! We had ordered these to celebrate the International Day of the Elder for a local non-profit and had put our logo on the vases. Once we got them back from the laser business we were told that several had broken, or were broken when she opened the boxes and many were crooked and could not stand straight but wobbled. We hope that money can be sent back to us as we are a non-profit.

Nice looking but NOT functional
The bottom of the vase fell out after placing just a few marbles in it. Without the marbles, the vase would tip over from just 1 flower stem. Unless you just need an empty vase for display, don't waste your dollar on this one.

Broken
On the plus side, when some of the vases broke in shipping the store replaced them before I even asked. On the negative side, MANY of them broke upon putting anything at all in them. They all broke in the same place (along the base). They would just be sitting there and you'd hear a "pop" and they would be broken.

i am getting married on May 4, 2013 but have a very small budget. you guys have helped me so much i have alot more to buy and i will deffinately be buying it from dollar tree. I have looked everywhere for these vases and i seem to only find very expensive ones....Thank You so much i probably will spend a couple hundred dollars just for wedding including other shopping as well...

Not good for marbles
Bought to put four flower stems and one bag of marbles into as a hostess gift for an inexpensive bridal shower. The bottom of the glass "fell" off when I put the glass marbles in. It was a clean break, so I was able to superglue it, but this is NOT good for marbles.

these are cheap and attaractive. I thought they were clear but, upon closer inspection, the name of the product is clear: they are "etched" . The etching is of a delicate stem with leaves, crudely done but hardly noticeable. The vases are irregular in that some weigh nearly twice what others do. Of 24 vases, only 4 have colored bases, with the rest just plain old clear.

Not pleased
Ordered like 300 these vases for a Mother's Day event and was not pleased. The top of the vases were not smooth, very rough and some of the vases were broken when recieved. Also the vases were dirty and some of the vases still had soot on them. Had to clean vases. Furthermore, the glass is thin and breaks easily.

Affordable but not ideal
The vases are adorable and it is definitely worth $1 but unfortunately the class is too thin. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing (bad habit). It looks great with 1 or 2 stems of orchids but that's about how much weight it can withstand before tipping over and shattering. It's ideal for flowers that typically featherweight, even a stem of rose would be too top heavy for this vase.
