Quick lunch
I buy Orleans Ready To Eat chicken and RTE tuna salad. They make a simple and convenient lunch although I would like to see them include 2 or three more crackers in each kit. Down side is they are probably not that healthy for you calorie wise. Still, you can't go wrong for a buck!

Take along
These go into backpacks so students have something to eat on the weekend. No heating, mixing, or can opener needed.
We've found them to be a good addition to the weekend food program.

Chicken Salad
Our church provides free bag lunches for the hungry and underprivileged in our community. We buy 80 salads per month to include in the lunch bags. Our "guests" are always pleased when their bags contain the good tasting and convenient chicken salad with crackers.
