Disappointed in Quality

I must start this review by saying that I understand these frames were $1 each. However, I had recently purchased several frames of various sizes (4 by 6, 5 by 7, and 8 by 10) in store and had been very pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection. I recently got married and these frames from the store were even nice enough to frame wedding photos to give to gifts for family. So, when we decided to finally buy some frames in bulk to make a display of our favorite travel pictures we thought we would order from Dollar Tree. We ordered this product and were very disappointed. Several of the silver frames had huge scratches and discolorations and were unusable. Some of the black frames were cracked. We never even opened the brown ones. We would have tried to get a refund but the invoice says that products purchased online are not eligible for refunds. Will not make another online purchase from Dollar Tree!
