Cheapo and flawed
The plastic is flimsy and cheap. The paint can rub off. There is no screws near the back of the retractable part, only two in the fromt, so the rotatable keyring part that attaches to the retractable part can easily fall out of the hole. Also the rim on the piece isn't wide enough, so the combination of both makes it almost useless because it would fall off your keychain.
