Good Investment
The jar is very large and the glass is sturdy. The wires will need to be removed for cleaning as a heads up. A couple of the jars in my shipment were chipped and one was broken, but considering that I could never find these jars somewhere else for this price, I'll suck it up.
I have used these jars to hold dried goods, cotton swabs and cotton balls, as well as dry laundry products. They're excellent and make storage more attractive.

I used these jars with solar path lights to make unique lamps. They work great and because the jars are watertight, you can use them outside on the deck or railing - make great gifts!

Extremely Good Purchase for the Price
One box was received damaged but both were inspected by the assistant manager. One jar was broken and he replaced it with one they had in stock. I am very pleased with not only my purchase but also the exceptional customer service I received. I have since made other orders for other items due to my experience.

Great product if you can get them in one piece!
I ordered a box of 24. When I went to pick them up, the store had already opened the box and 5 were broken, 2 were chipped. The store was trying very hard to locate more to replace the broken ones and they refunded me for the broken/damaged jars. Their service was excellent!

Exactly what I wanted!
I am making my wedding favors using these jars. I am making a jar with sand and shells from the beach where I am getting married. I have searched high and low in stores and online for this product. This is the exact jar that I wanted, at a great price! Dollar Tree is great for the Bride-to-be on a budget!

This is just what I was looking for! The price is great considering that I I'm just testing the market with these items, and then they were delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Awesome product

Great Little Jar
I purchased 72 of these online for a Christmas Party giveaway (filled with candy and decorated with a bow). They are a great value and I would highly recommend. Only problem was the bottom 12 jars were smashed to bits (even though they were packed in a separate box inside a big box) with padding around them. Not sure how this happened. Still, a great value and I love Dollar Tree (my favorite store).

Bigger than expected
All in all the jars are awesome. However the information and the details of the jar did not list the ounces, just the weight and height. I was surprised to find out they are 24 ounce jars versus 12 ounces. These were picked up for a project I am doing and made it really difficult to do.

Great choice
I bought these jars sight unseen...as the one I had chosen in th store was no longer available....so needless to say I was a bit worried....but they're GREAT! Excellent value for $1.00! Process was easy, local store was helpful..loaded all 168 into my car! Great purchase!

Great & Affordable
Glad that I found and purchased these. As others have mentioned, they're great for crafts and gift containers. Used them for my pickled veggies for gifts and they worked fine. Can't wait until they're back online. Can find them in select stores now but online is SO much more convenient!

Great for storage
I use these instead of plastic to store dry goods, such as herbs, beans and nuts. I also store homemade butter in one of these jars. Glass is much better for food storage than plastics. Plastics leach carcinogenic chemicals all the time. Glass is totally inert and therefor a smarter choice for food storage.

Fantastic
My home is a Colonial Farmhouse and I try to keep up with the "theme" by buying country type things.....these are a fantastic way to display raisins, peanuts, candy...I've even placed my wildflowers in here! Get it!

I know that the size in inches is listed, but most jars are sold by how many ounces they can hold. I'd like to compare this to other items - looking for something that I can store food in in my refrigerator rather than using the usual plastic container, and bail jars are great because they can be put through the dishwasher with ease.
