Great noodles for food storage
If you are into buying lots of a food items while you can get it for a VERY good price and then not buying that item again until you can get it for a good price again - these noodles are the ones to get. Because there are no yolks to worry about, you can store these for a longer time without damaging the noodles. They're great. I buy a case at a time when Dollar Tree does their specails on reduced shipping!
