Cheap but they worked
We had to have a bunch of inexpensive frames for some award certificates. We needed 24 of them, so I ordered 48, thinking, well, I'll save on the shipping and we will have them for next year. A few of the frames broke trying to get the certificate in the frame, so I'm glad I had the extras. I realize they are only a dollar and they worked for the purpose we needed them for. I personally wouldn't buy them if I were hanging one for my own personal house, but they worked for our little award certificates at work.

does not fit and break easily
These frames are actually 1/16" too small in both height and width. This means that you either need to cut the document you want to frame or the document bunches up slightly. Not sure this is worth the money saved.
They are of course plastic and plastic breaks. Out of 24 frames I had to throw 3 out and now need to go buy more. If it wasn't this close to my event, I would throw these out and buy others.

Great Purchase
Used to give out Certificates of Appreciation and/or Completion for different Ministries in our church. More than just a piece of paper handed to person, instead they get it in a frame all ready to be hung.

Only one problem
Delivery was prompt. 24 frames per carton was norm. However one of the two boxes only had 22 frames. I reported the shortage and was unable to receive the two missing frames. I did get a refund for the missing frames. I originally needed 50 frames for my project; settled for 48 with this order; ended up with 46! Happy with what I received but wanted more.

Great value
The document frames are an excellent value for end of year celebrations. I am pleased with these frames and have used them for a few years. The only problem with the frames is how they are packed for shipping. The case of 24 frames is packed with very little cushioning and some of the frames arrived broken. The store managers were wonderful with this issue and

excellent for our needs
We purchased 48 of these frames to hold emergency fire evacuation instructions for sanctuary, classrooms and other buildings. The evacuation posters are protected from wear and tear and all rooms are uniform looking to help in case of an emergency. These frames were perfect and economical for 48 posters.

# 2 - The store mgr suggested that we open each box and check to make sure everything was ok. Some of the glass in the frames were broken and he offered to replace them immediately with stock from the store. Zero hassles!!!!
# 3 I wanted frames with a plastic type document cover instead of glass sinse I give these awards to elementary shool kids. If you carry such an item in the 8 1/2 by 11 size, please let me know for next year.
