Great Value
My job is to purchase materials for Juvenile Hall residents to decorate their units at Christmas. I buy most of my materials from the Dollar Tree. I find the same products available there that cost 3x and 4x as much elsewhere. This year I purchased 24 packages of these streamers which we also happily used last year. Personally, I LOVE the Dollar Tree!
