Good Time Saver
These potatoes are a good time saver instead of peeling and boiling. My favorite way to use is as follows:
Drain potatoes well and place in frying pan. Shake seasoned bread crumbs over them and roll around to coat. Add some butter and cook until heated and a bit crispy. Yummy!
