Sometimes I only need 1 pill to get to sleep and sometimes I use 1- 1/2. No after effect on waking.......these pills contain no drugs so not addictive. Only contain safe Meletonin.

love it!
I've had chronic insomnia all my life, i gave this a try,& when i didn't see it again at $ tree, i bummed, but then found out i could order by the case & was elated! definately helps me sleep!

When I go to the web sight to order sleeping pills, I get a different picture then the ones you always carried. I think it was called SLEEP AIDE and it came in a blue white & red box. I hope this has not been discontinued.

Very effective sleep aid
I find these to be just as effective as Diphenhydramine HCL (Benadryl). The Nature Garden sleep aid does not cause the dehydration and associated side effects (headache, dizziness, dry-mouth) that you get with Diphenhydramine.
I'm very happy with this product and have recommended it to friends.

Awesome
This is by far the best over the counter sleep aid I have ever taken. It is all natural and harmless on a long term to the best of my knowledge. The lemon balm is especially potent. They almost feel as strong as benzo's. I highly recommend these for anyone that has issues falling asleep mainly, however the melatonin assists in staying asleep

Great natural sleep aid!
I saw this product at the Dollar Tree and couldn't believe it!
It works better than all the natural sleep aids I have tried. I use it when on my cycle as I have trouble sleeping then, and I can sleep!
I also gave some to a friend's friend who had experienced an unpleasant situation recently who had been having trouble sleeping, and she too got better sleep. For another friend who has stress thoughts at night, she said it calmed her down more than helping her sleep.
So it does help!

My DR approved this medication for my children who were having severe issues with sleeping. We call it our Miracle Drug. The Kids ask for it every night and it works within 20 minutes.

i was very curioud if anyone used this and if any doctors approved it i am up til 11 -12 at night without a nap cuz of her adhd and very careful on giving her anything.thank you for this review now next month i can ask her doc about this product and im glad your dr.approved it how much do you give them??

Works like a charm
I have been using these for about a year now and they work perfectly. I have had no side effects, I never feel sleepy in the morning and if I wake up in the middle of the night, I just pop in another one and fall right back to sleep.

Best sleep remedy
