All there streamers are great!
My best friend and I get streamers from Dollar tree every year. They're cheap and plenty of it for $1.00

Good quality, nice look
I got some of this for Halloween, and it looked fantastic. Taping pieces of it to a dowel rod also makes a fantastic quick cat toy (One I don't have to worry about them destroying.)

good value
we got these streamers for an over the hill birthday party, they were much longer than expected and the same quality as the much higher priced streamers from the party store. also they looked great!
