Great Buy
I take extra calcium because of thyroid surgery and the need for more calcium with age. These are a great buy!

Every woman needs to take calcium
When a woman turns about 25, her body starts to lose calcium. Every woman needs to take calcium supplements to prevent problems later in life. These are a great value to keep a daily regimen going!
