Great Customer Service
I received these plates in a timely manner and was very impressed with the way in which the person at the store went through the box to make sure plates were secure. There was one broken that he tried to replace although there were no similar plates available in the store, so I received money back for the broken plate.

Quality of Dinner Ware
I have purchased 3 different sets of dinner ware and given as gifts and for myself and have had lots of people tell me how nice and where did I purchase. They hold up very well.

Great look that can be mixed with other patterns

I love these dishes - very simple pattern yet eye-catching. Because the pattern is so simple it can be mixed with others that have some blue in them and still look good. I just wish I could find dessert size plates in this. The only drawback i found was that not all of them were the same shade of blue - had to go through what was on the shelf to make sure they matched.
