The Congrats balloons were a wonderful addition to the blue star ballons. Together they turned a plain lunchroom into a warm and fun party room for a senior breakfast. Any school can use this ballon and them add a solid colored star balloon to play up the school colors.

Perfect for graduation
I teach 8th grade, each year I put together a graduation party for students. These balloons are a quick and easy way to make the room look very festive! I was able to get enough balloons for each table and students took balloons home at the end of the party.

Mylar $1 each ???
A dollar a piece is not a great deal if you buy in bulk for a gift or flower shop.. Practically every balloon wholesale company has
